Information we collect
When you use our project application or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, location, project answers, website links, and files you choose to provide. We may also receive ordinary technical information such as browser type, device type, and page activity.
How we use it
We use information to answer your request, recommend a project plan, prepare a proposal, build and support approved work, process payments, prevent abuse, keep business records, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, forms, email, file storage, analytics, signatures, invoicing, booking, or payments. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and follow their own privacy terms.
Files, passwords, and sensitive information
Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through our public form. Medical and wellness businesses must not submit patient information or protected health information. We provide a safer method when account access or private files are needed.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, project, legal obligations, and business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information we control, subject to legal and recordkeeping needs. You may also ask us to stop nonessential marketing messages. Contact hello@propersitewebco.com.
