These rules apply when you browse this website or send ProperSite a project request.

Information—not a project contract
Website descriptions, examples, timelines, and prices are general information and starting points. Sending an application does not require you to buy and does not require ProperSite to accept a project. Work begins only after both sides approve the written scope and payment terms.
Starting prices and outside costs
Final price depends on approved pages, features, products, content, and complexity. Domains, paid apps, advertising, printing, payment-processing fees, premium assets, taxes, and other third-party charges are separate unless the written proposal says otherwise. We ask for approval before adding an outside cost.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, submit illegal or harmful content, impersonate another person, or interfere with its operation. You may not copy ProperSite branding, templates, writing, designs, or systems for resale.
No guaranteed business result
We do not guarantee a Google position, traffic level, sales amount, leads, bookings, legal compliance, platform approval, or uninterrupted third-party service. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Third-party links and services
Links, maps, booking systems, payment processors, email services, social networks, and other outside platforms are controlled by their providers. Their pricing, availability, rules, and privacy practices may change.
Electronic communication
You agree that proposals, approvals, notices, signatures, and records may be handled electronically. Ohio law governs these general terms, subject to any different written project agreement.
